Sunday, December 8, 2019 - Dinner at Windsor Arms. Mid ruby. Wine is in a good condition. Tannins have softened with age. Good concentration of dark fruit, some hints of blood sausage, no sign of fading fruit. Overall quite elegant and evidently aging well but this is probably as good as it gets. This does not have the weight or depth of flavor of the Leoville Barton 1996 tasted the previous night
