Tuesday, July 4, 2023 - Incredibly dark still with almost no sign of bricking, no clue to its age.Great legs. Nose shows black fruits and tar. Lovely intensity of black fruit. Initially very tight but gradually expanding to have figgy/plummy elements. Beautiful.
Increasingly showing secondary elements with exposure to air. Probably not readily mistaken for a Rhone wine because of the extraordinary ripeness but beginning to add some of those flavour elements.
