Saturday, November 20, 2010 - 18 bottles of Sine Qua Non (Copenhagen, Denmark): The 2007 Syrah from SQN had a bit of a hard time after 05, 03, 02, and 01. This is a very good wine, but far from mature. Shows a lot of promise, but after tasting the more mature offerings, this seemed a little muted.
