Saturday, November 20, 2010 - The nose on this was a bit musty, so I think it could have been corked. It was quite dry-tasting and I probably should have grouped it with the dry Rieslings. Amongst the off-dry and semi-sweet Rieslings it came across watery and sour. Against the dry ones it showed a bit better, but still the least enjoyable of the 12 we tasted.

2/19/2011 4:24:00 AM - Almost certainly a corked bottle, as this is an off-dry wine, but when not corked you can smell the floral notes on the palate and some slightly sweet and mineral notes on the palate. Mark it corked, and call up the winery and they'll replace it! Scott and Jana take pride in their wines!
