Friday, January 20, 2012 - PHMG WAG: The '09 Oregon Pinots (The Lyon's): Though the QPR is an issue at $70, this is a great wine. Great depth of white stone fruit, some citrus, green apple, even tropical fruit with stone/mineral notes in the background. Nice length and acidity. Great start to the tasting.
