Thursday, September 15, 2011 - Med+ deep ruby. Initially smoke and bacon on the nose, then bright red fruit cleans its way through. Intense on the palate, quite fruity yet far from vulgar, already complex though still very young: red berries, earthy notes, slightly metallic minerality, some spice. Very promising, if only oak integrates better, which is a little bit too obvious now. Long, complex aftertaste.
