Friday, April 27, 2012 - Upon opening, any fruit on the nose was submerged beneath the smell of damp earth/barnyard/vegetables. However, after a very long decant the wine opened up sour cherry flavours and a floral note. Medium body, quite acidic even for sangiovese.
