Monday, July 25, 2016 - Popped and poured. Wide open and ready to drink. Quite generous and rich for an '07. Perhaps the old vines are at work here. Dark berry fruit and savory earthy notes. I believe these will age further but not quit sure if they will improve. Drink now.
