Sunday, December 16, 2012 - Initially a little reductive on the nose, but this soon dissipated to reveal a wine of great promise. This is nowhere near its peak but can be drunk with immense satisfaction now. There's plenty of elegance here but the depth of fruit and layers of complexity leading to the spicy, smoky finish suggest that I should really leave this alone for another 5-10 years.
