Saturday, December 26, 2009 - Greenblanket caught himself sizing up the Beaujolais Blanc as a braising liquid and took care of that problem by picking up a case of this wine. It's cheap enough to cook with, common enough to serve to the once a year holiday guests, good enough to hold the wine geeks at bay, and food friendly enough to drink regularly. And, it's crisp, tasty and unoaked. Excellent.
