Saturday, April 7, 2018 - Q2 - 2018 Tasting - Aged Washington State Wines (NYC): 7/11 wines tasted double blind. The nose on this was more muted. On the palate seemed mature with resolved tannins with a dominant coffee note coming through along with the dark fruit - I think perhaps it lacked a bit of acidity to brighten it up. 0 pennies voted by me and 2 pennies voted by the group. My first time with this producer - interesting to try.
