Friday, November 7, 2008 - Uncorked DK BYO - 85 Cristal Rose, 90 DRC RSV, 90 La Landonne, 82 Mouton and more... (Søllerød Kro): Light peach. Fine and persistent mousse. Delicious nose of raspberries, sour redcurrants, coconut soap and flowers. In the mouth there is more raspberries, bisquits, and with some air sherry and dried orange peel notes. Very intense and very well balanced. One of the top 3 champagnes that I've had.
