Sunday, November 6, 2011 - Pop-n-poured a single glass then put the rest into a decanter. Dark ruby-garnet color. Nose of cherries and eucalyptus. The palate shows black cherry with smoked meat, white pepper, and followed up with cedar (Hungarian Oak?) on the finish. Nice cool-climate profile, excellent for the price.
