Saturday, February 25, 2023 - As with our previous 375, significant sediment in the bottle. Auburn at the rim, shading to cherry/maroon at the core. On the nose, currants, plums, and blueberries. On the palate, black currants, plums, graphite, and a faint herbal note. Compared to our prior bottle, which had an offputting astringency, this bottle was alive and pleasantly aromatic, and the last glass was the best one.
