Wednesday, October 18, 2023 - Classic Bordeaux from a less ripe vintage. Earthy notes along with cedar on the nose. Slightly dry and lacking in fruit but enjoyable nonetheless. This is in a good spot and fully mature but will hold nicely for 5-10 years.
