Wednesday, May 25, 2022 - I last tried this wine 8 years ago, in 2014. It has aged beautifully and is very approachable now. Deep brick red with a slightly amber rim, the nose leaps from the glass with that incredible blend of aromas you only get from Nebbiolo: ripe cherries, tar, crushed rose petals, beeswax, pound cake. Tart but richly flavored, envelops the palate, very long finish. A superb wine,
