Wednesday, July 23, 2014 - Working with wine 2014 seminar 2 - piemonte (???): On the nose there are flavours of leather, rose, meaty and cheesy, mineral - wet stone notes, earthy, plum, toast. In the mouth the wine is juicy, plummy, leathery, meaty with slight alcohol heat coming in with medium intensity talc like tannin. Very long.
