Saturday, May 13, 2017 - Weekend in London; 5/12/2017-5/13/2017 (Ledbury, Il Baretto, Hedonsim): Opened and decanted and then drank over the course of prob 1.5-2 hours. It's MUCH too young for sure, but actually worked pretty ok. Get quite a bit of wood and oak. Get some black cherry and fig. Some earth and dirt there. Continued to open up as we drank it. Nice wine and a fun treat.
