Wednesday, April 15, 2020 - Tasted double-blind. So so so Parkerized. Tastes like 200% new French oak, and tannic too. I thought it was Parkerized cult Spanish wine; my wife said Napa Cab. No Italian acid, just oak and tar. No even much fruit frankly. The lack of Barolo designation on Gaia’s wines seems truly fitting.
