Friday, February 26, 2010 - bought 1 bottle. wanted to see what the hoopla was over. well, this is one freaky experience. popped and poured in glass. took a sip....and thought it would be nice but needed time. put glass down, in an hour tried it again. really was a big wine. big fruit; long finish, still too much bite and put it down. an hour later i was drinking something from france. dunno what happened. really a wild ride. i have no idea how to handicap its future. my guess is this is a drink now, decant for 2 hour, funky cab experience, with a little new world & then a little old world along the way.
