The first few sips were still quite closed, but this quickly blossomed in the glass into a wonderful fully rounded, but also elegant and classic claret. Notes of red fruits, tobacco, nuts and chocolate. This is near its prime, but with no sign of drying out and has many years if not decades of life left.
