Saturday, July 29, 2023 - C & YM Birthday Dinner (Empire Chinese Cuisine): 3 hrs after pouring to Voss bottle. Alluring aroma of potpourri, blueberry, cold fruits, on the palate a little weak after the stunning bouquet. Full dry and coarse tannins with high acid. Give additional points for the beautiful nose but sadly the palate did not match up. Needs a few more years of age.
