Saturday, June 18, 2016 - Wow... what an incredibly beautiful, weightless wine. Complex notes of cool red currant, minerality (like crushed rocks and steel), mint, sweet herbs and menthol. Constantly changing in the glass, it has lower medium body, pretty high acidity and medium-high tannin that is super quality. An excellent, cool, fresh and weightless Combes aux Moines. Super pure fruit, the house style is coming through beautifully. Absolutely love it.
