Monday, December 8, 2008 - Michael Schuster Wine Course w6. A very pale yellow colour. It has a really pungent aroma which reminds me of green apples and cut grass. Sharp, very acidic and very dry. It has a hint of caramel in the finish. A bit too harsh for me.
