Monday, January 9, 2017 - Oily on the nose. Salty and savoury on the palate.
Served very cold. Dry to the bone. Very long and refined this time. Multilayered Fino. Fabulous pairing jamón Joselito. I can not think of a better way to start the year.
Aceitoso en nariz. Saladito y sabroso al paladar
Servido muy frío. Seco al límite. Muy largo y refinado esta vez. Un fino multifacético. Fabuloso acompañando jamón Joselito. No se me ocurre una mejor manera de comenzar el año.
