Friday, October 9, 2009 - My second bottle of this amazing wine.
More seductive than the first time I tasted it and more mature.
The color is still ruby, with gray hues.
Layers of ripe red fruits, gentle oaky vanilla, figs, cedar, smoke and minerals.
The tannins are still harsh, but doesn't matter.
Mushroomy and long finish.
A Leoville Las Cases near to perfection.
Be patient for the next 10 - 15 years and pair it with liver.
