Sunday, January 14, 2018 - Popped and decanted and enjoyed over two hours. This got better and better with air. Plenty of fruit, lively acidity, and a fair dose of tannin. Good concentration and sap suggests this will continue to age well for years to come. No harm in opening this now but I suspect it will get bette for at least the next ten years.
