Sunday, January 29, 2023 - 87 Jan 2022 👃 medium ripe apple 👅 med high acidity, ripe green apple with a little tartness, wet stone, fairly small bubbles. A decent, simple, young champagne. Would buy again once in awhile on (significant) sale for an 'everyday' sparkler. Better than any Prosecco or cava I've had to date.
