Friday, March 22, 2013 - Nose of green apple and lemon zest. Vary aromatic. Palate of green apples, lemons and is a little tart towards the finish. Some flower notes as well and a little sweetness like graham crackers that complements well the acidity. Liked it quite a bit. Pairs well with Saint Andre, Brie and Roquefort.
