Friday, January 28, 2011 - "Non-Baller" Tasting, Take 3; 1/27/2011-1/28/2011 (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.): this is a gorgeous pinot, elegant, sexy and refined. cranberry tart, smoke and some spice on the nose. the palate is really tangy and tart, but so balanced with soft fruit and tannins that just glide along the palate. the finish is very long and fresh, leaving you wanting to drink more.
