Saturday, August 1, 2009 - Cabernet Time - Silver Oak & Friends (Wine Exchange. Orange, CA): A powerhouse on the nose showing a lot of vanilla notes at the moment. Ripe fruit and firm tannins. The wine shows a bit the alcohol on the finish. Another wine with good potential for higher score if it comes together.
