Thursday, January 26, 2012 - Light-medium straw with greenish glint. Young and very correct on the nose. A steely and salty element backing the crisp fruit. Medium bodied but narrow and discreet on the palate. Lovely acidity and a real sense of precision. Nothing that says "fruit", only chablis terroir. Decent length. Will evolve for quite some time yet as this is still a baby. Classic and textbook in every way.
