Thursday, February 22, 2024 - My last bottle was in 2015. Much too young then. Tannins were overpowering. This is brilliant now. Dark, dark fruit. Black plum and leather. A little soy sauce. Integrated tannins. Long finish. This has more years ahead of it, but it’s super tasty right now. Glad I waited for the second bottle. Tasted under Coravin, so I’ll enjoy for the next week or two.
