Friday, July 20, 2012 - Lots of black pepper on the nose. Closed to start with and opened up after an hour or so but never became great. Thin and not complicated some spice. Drank against a cheep $15 Victorian Shiraz which was the preference. 1 day later the nose had mellowed to a light pepper with a secondary fruit and spice coming through, the palate had filled out and was now a pleasant drink.
