Wednesday, December 7, 2011 - Aromas of black fig, and stewed meat with touches of warm stone, herbs, and cooked cherries. The palate has light fruit flavors with chocolate, dusty tannins and wood. good acidity keeps this in check. the finish has prune notes with a coffee tinge and is short /medium in length.
