Sunday, July 20, 2014 - PnP a glass showed a Northern Rhone-like quality of iron, black pepper, tart dark berry fruit, meat. Then consumed over 5 hours after 1.5 hrs. of slow ox, picking up more herbaceous and earthy qualities with minerality. Very fine firm tannins that continued to build the more it aerated with good dose of acidity, medium:full bodied texture, and a moderately lingering finish with some sediment. Still has good structure to last.
