Tuesday, November 3, 2015 - Medium red ruby. Gorgeous aromas of red berry liqueur, flowers, hints of forest floor and sandalwood. A very silky and refined palate reveals sweet crushed cherries and strawberries, medium acidity, no tannins/aggressive woodsy components, a lovely inner mouth perfume of dried violets and leather on the long finish. Very, very good for a 2000- and this has got better with time. Go figure!
