Thursday, May 5, 2005 - An intense dark ruby robe with only a slight amber on the edge. There is little sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Red and blackberries, some moka on the nose. The wine has a big depth in mouth, is very powerful, much more than the Celestin, and what’s crazy, is the length, just UNBELIEVABLE, aromas stay in for over a minute, an also it is so balanced that it is devilish ! This is clearly an outstanding bottle. Probably a 97. The next day, this wine is still young, vibrant, with an impressive length and complex aromas. Leather and wet earth a more present now. A beauty.
