Community Tasting Note

But the nose also revealed loads of blue fruit, pepper, and earth notes. In the mouth, focused and concentrated, with a strong emphasis on ripe blue and black fruits, a light meaty note, unapologetic peppery notes, and tight structure. With air, it became quite pleasant. Probably worth holding at least two more years to allow it to better integrate and settle down. A-
