Thursday, August 2, 2007 - TWC Tanglenet Offline (Six Steps Restaurant, Toronto, Canada): Pale garnet with bricking to an orange rim. Aromas of dried roses, earth, dried currant, orange rind, and a hint of spice. Very perfumed. Medium-bodied, with integrated tannins showing dried cherry notes. Moderate finish, ~35s, with red fruit. Very elegant, and drinking well now.
