Sunday, June 18, 2023 - Let bottle breath for an hour. Herbaceous and ripe, dark fruit on the nose. Palate is medium bodied with dark plum, blackberries, blueberries, and an earthiness. Silky and elegant mouthfeel. Balanced with a long lingering finish. Delicious!
