Saturday, September 3, 2011 - Beast of a wine. Dark, deep, dense, full, and rich. I kept thinking I was drinking a big fruit bomb Aussie Shiraz. The ripeness level takes this over the line for my palate. A bit too sweet. Pretty shocked at the 97 point rating on the basis of the lack of balance.
