Wednesday, January 29, 2014 - Last tried four months ago - while one wouldn't normally associate the "polar vortex" we're experiencing with "Rose' weather", I was having leftover meatloaf for dinner and wanted something with a little more zing than a typical table white wine.

Same light salmon color as the last time; nice citrus & minerality on the nose.

Smooth on the palate, a little bitterness for complexity/focus, nice acidity - really nice tonight, and dangerously drinkable. A wine to try for those that think Rose' must be consumed in the year after harvest.
