Thursday, December 23, 2010 - color: med I, purple,
nose: red fruit, touch of (old oak}
palate: dry, acid med+ tannin med - body med alc est 13.5 finish, red fruit WB

Style: This is a New World example of a wine rying to be old world in restrained fruit, good bal between fruit, oak, alc, tannin, acid etc. This is a sophisticated yet easy drinking wine that has nice depth and concentration of red fruit in the Burgundy style, tha would pair well with salmon, pork, and llightly cooked lamb.
