Nose: Nice clean malty and barley nose, green apples, ginger and crushed rocks. Very refreshing and bright nose.

Taste: Very clean and refreshing again on the palate. Hint of honeysuckle sweetness but attractive flintly quality and a long finish.

My second sparkling Vouvray from Huet and I am still impressed.
