Friday, July 29, 2011 - Lemon-apple nose, with gripping minerality and bracing acidity on the palate. Good balance and freshness. Huet just nails it everytime. That said,this felt a little too tight and closed for me. Infanticide? Absolutely. So if you have it, hold it if you can, and it will reward you.
