Sunday, July 14, 2013 - Light gold color. PNP, shared a bottle at Vincent's for our anniversary. This was an excellent pairing to go with our Sole Meuniere and Crispy Confit Duck. The nose is effusive and has a nice earthiness with florals, minerals, citrus, and tropical notes. The palate is nicely crisp with citrus, lime, lemon, pear, and tropical fruits layered in a mouthwateringly fresh medium bodied wine that finishes long and with lift and energy. Outstanding.
