Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - This has improved since the last bottle a couple years ago. Enough acid to balance the light sweetness here. I can see this as a better choice with pre-dinner foie gras than sauternes, and I have previously had this to accompany Roquefort cheese for dessert - another good way to drink this.
