Sunday, April 29, 2012 - Crisp and clean. Sweet nose of flowers, orchard fruits (especially pears) and limes; great acidity, decent fruit, minerals, and more limes; pretty good finish, ending in flowers and a bit of honeydew. Best with food - went very well with scallops and buttery green vegetables.
