Sunday, September 25, 2011 - Jammy blackberry cobbler with bread dough and baking spices on the nose. In the mouth, the black fruit - less jammy on day two. Mid palate picks up some tanins and stems with some red fruit added in. Good solid finish with lingering tanins. Very solid, not a hit head with hammer zin.
